I have some serious cash purchasers that are interested in buying a Trillium, Iris or Zinnia floor plan that needs updating.
Depending on location and condition, current market value for a fix me upper of this type is indicating a price range somewhere in between 250,000 and 290,000 for the above mentioned floor plans.
