Lets start off with the one bedroom units.

Construction of Phase I units started in 1987 and I'm pretty sure that the first occupants began to occupy the units in early 1989. Phase II was started shortly thereafter and home owners started to occupy those units in 1991. Phase

All the one bedroom units were built as ground floor triangular shaped units tucked away at both ends of some of the 3 story "ski Home" buildings.

If memory serves me correctly there are only about a dozen and a half one bedroom units in all of Lighthouse Point and only about a dozen of them have this floor plan.

Two Bedroom - Phase I and II Lighthouse Point Floor Plans

There are three two bedroom floor plans in the "Ski Homes"

1) Sugarbush; Located on the ground floor at the corners of some of the three storey buildings and unfortunately there is only 8 units that have this floor plan available throughout all of Lighthouse.

I like this 1200 square foot floor plan is it provides the largest living areas out of all the two bedroom ski home floor plans in Lighthouse Point.

2) Banff; Located on the second and third levels of the 3 storey buildings the units have the living room located on the top level. The vaulted ceilings in these units give one the feeling of spaciousness throughout the living area.

I do believe there are only two units in all of Lighthouse that have this floor plan. Please correct me if I'm wrong as I have only seen one which is (at the time of this posting) on my rental program.

In any event at 1386 square feet the double terraced Tremblant is bigger than an average single family detached bungalow, has an awesome layout with plenty of living and dining space all on one level.
