The Garden Homes of Lighthouse Point are unique in that they are small clusters of townhomes mixed in with what can be called a fourplex of stacked bungalow styled units, albeit each unit is individually owned rather than what most perceive as a rental fourplex.
These units all have a single car garage and range in size from 1,100 square feet for a two bedroom up to 1719 square feet for a four bedroom.

Because there was no gas in the area when Lighthouse Point up until the mid 90's all garden homes are set up to be heated via electric baseboard heat but they are also all ducted for air conditioning. Over the years quite a few homeowners have upgraded their heating systems to forced air gas systems but have left the baseboards in tact as backup systems.
As a further value enhancement, quite a few Phase I and II homeowners are converting or have already converted their wood burning fireplaces to natural gas as ALL units in Lighthouse Point have gas lines running to their units.
